A friend of mine told me today about something called the neti pot. Essentially it's a pot that you fill up with saltwater and then stick into your nose so that the saltwater can rush through your nasal passage and cleanse it. Sound awesome? Just watch this video to see how awesome it really is!
So now you're thinking to yourself "Okay, so I can run saltwater through my nose. But what else can I run through it?" Luckily, this guy is way ahead of you:
So yeah, if you're on my Christmas list you can rest assured you'll be getting a neti pot and a can of Red Bull (because since this guy didn't try Red Bull, I can only imagine how wonderful it must make your nasal passage feel!) when gift giving time rolls around!
